Audit Services
For Not-For-Profit organizations requiring an audit, we provide an Independent Accountant’s Audit Report and the audited financial statements with all required disclosures. This service normally is performed in conjunction with the preparation of the IRS Form 990 and state filings. An audit provides the highest level of assurance to financial statement users. At the conclusion, we also provide written communications to management, including a report on any internal control deficiencies and recommendations for strengthening internal controls and operating efficiency. Review Services
For those organizations requiring their financial statements to be reviewed by a CPA, we provide an Independent Accountant’s Review Report and the reviewed financial statements with all required disclosures. This service normally is performed in conjunction with the preparation of the IRS Form 990 and state filings. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit. Form 990 Preparation
Other Non Profit Charities or Tax Exempt organizations may have no audit or review requirements but still must prepare the annual IRS Form 990 and a state reporting form. Some smaller organizations are able to do this in-house but most use outside accountants. We provide Form 990 preparation services in most states. Audit Preparation Services
For Organizations that have an auditor but need assistance in preparing for their audit, we provide audit preparation service. This service can be performed in conjunction with the preparation of Form 990 or as a stand-alone service. This service can result in decreased audit fees from the outside auditor.
